HBIS Serbia is the largest Serbian exporter. High-quality products from our Company are sold regionally, as well as worldwide. Our employees are dedicated to making quality steel products. Our aim is to produce high-quality steel according to international standards and in accordance with requirements of our customers, in order to meet their expectations and to be constantly improving in all areas of operation.
Our Company possesses a Certificate for Quality Management System according to the requirements of ISO 9001 standard since 1999 and the Tin Mill in Sabac since November, 1998. These two Quality Management Systems are integrated into one in 2005. Sabac tin plant is certified according to HACCP standard for the production of tin products that are used in food packaging industry.

HBIS Serbia issued Declaration of Performance of hot rolled structural steel in accordance with the harmonized standard EN 10025-1/2004. These Performance Declarations are issued in accordance with EU Regulation No 305/2011, under manufacturer sole responsibility. Performances of the mentioned products quality are in accordance with a set of declared performances.
HBIS Serbia also issues LEED Declaration and the Declaration on the Conformity of the Radiation Level.
HBIS Serbia issues inspection certificates 3.1. for its products according to EN 10204:2004. This implies a document issued by the manufacturer in which he declares that the product supplied are in compliance with the requirements of the order and in which he supplies test results. The test unit and the tests to be carried out are defined by the product specification, the official regulation and corresponding rules and/or the order. The document is validated by the manufacturer’s authorized inspection representative, independent of the manufacturing department.
We also issue an Inspection certificate 2.2 in which the manufacturer declares that the products supplied are in compliance with the requirements of the order and in which he supplies test results based on non-specific inspection.
Inspection certificate 3.2 prepared by an authorized inspector of the representative of an independent certification company appointed according to the official rules and confirming that the products delivered comply with the requirements of the contract and containing the test results.
